Alex is a director of photography and gaffer. He started his career in G&E where he worked on large scale shows for AMC and the History Channel. He brings a lighting perspective to his DoP work, where he’s drawn toward human stories and excels in capturing intimate, cinematic moments with an eye for natural beauty. Some recent highlights include Charliebird (2024), United States of Scandal with Jake Tapper (2024), Hope In The Water (2024) and Pulling Threads (2021).

Evan is a both a sound mixer and grip. Starting off in the grip department, he learned set etiquette and the inner workings of the industry. Evan also works as a sound mixer these days, but still spends time in the grip department. He has a passion for the technical craft of lighting and rigging. He also has a passion for teaching as he is a part time professor of Digital Cinema at James Madison University.
